Every Muskrat & Rorke shirt is printed to order just for you, so we handle returns a little differently than a big-box store. Here's the honest version.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or it's the wrong item or size from what you ordered, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. Just email support@muskratandrorke.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. No need to ship anything back.
Because each shirt is made on demand, we can't accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size chosen or a change of heart. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. If you're between sizes or unsure, email us before you buy and we'll help you pick.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us confirming the issue.
Orders move into production quickly. If you need to cancel or fix an address, email us within 2 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to catch it before it prints.
